Creative Content Strategist
Shaw Search Partners is proud to partner with a high growth digital firm to identify a Creative Content Strategist to help shape how brands come to life across digital experiences.
This role sits at the intersection of creative positioning, content strategy, and performance (SEO/UX), with responsibility for translating brand and business objectives into structured, high-performing website experiences.
Responsibilities
Lead or support the definition of brand positioning, messaging frameworks, and content strategy across digital experiences
Contribute to sitemaps, site architecture, and content flow, ensuring alignment between user journey and business goals
Translate SEO inputs (keywords, search intent, performance data) into clear, actionable content direction
Develop and refine website content across key pages, ensuring alignment with positioning, structure, and user experience
Apply content taxonomy and structural thinking to support both discoverability and intuitive navigation
Partner cross-functionally with Creative, SEO/Performance, and Development teams to align strategy and execution
Support AI-driven content development, including structured prompting and scalable workflows
Experience
2–5 years of experience in content strategy, digital content, or copywriting within an agency environment
Experience working on website projects, including exposure to sitemaps, site architecture, or content organization
Experience translating brand positioning and business objectives into clear digital messaging
Working knowledge of SEO-informed content strategy, including keyword integration and search intent
Familiarity with content structure and taxonomy, supporting both user experience and search performance
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (Creative, SEO, Development)
Experience leveraging AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini) to support content development, including structured prompting and scalable workflows
