What You’ll Own:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute high-impact promotional campaigns for key Amazon events like Prime Day, Black Friday, and more.

  • End-to-End Ownership: Lead the strategy and execution of new product launches on Amazon, from product listings to inventory management and marketing.

  • Budget Oversight: Manage trade marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation for promotions, digital media, and content to maximize ROI.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Amazon Account Managers, content creators, and marketing teams to execute cohesive, results-driven campaigns.

  • Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze performance metrics and provide insights that refine strategies, drive continuous optimization, and deliver actionable recommendations.

  • Brand Leadership: Enhance the brand’s presence on Amazon’s beauty category, utilizing exclusive tools to elevate visibility and engagement.

  • Competitive Analysis: Monitor competitor activity and adjust strategies to ensure your brand maintains a dominant position.

What You Bring:

  • Experience: 8+ years in ecommerce, brand marketing, or media, with 5+ years of direct experience managing Amazon accounts (Vendor Central expertise is a must).

  • Industry Expertise: Proven experience in consumer-packaged goods (CPG), ideally within the beauty and skincare sectors.

  • Digital Advertising Savvy: Advanced knowledge of Amazon Ads, DSP campaigns, and digital media best practices.

  • Analytical Excellence: Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to optimize campaigns and strategies.

  • Education: BS in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus).

  • Self-Starter: A highly motivated, results-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

*Please note this is a hybrid role and must be in-office 3 days/week in Stamford, CT. Relocation assistance may be offered.
