This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized, detail-oriented project manager to help bring content initiatives to life across a fast-paced, collaborative U.S. business.

Overview

The Content Project Manager will play a key role in managing the planning, coordination, and execution of content projects across a portfolio of leading consumer brands. This person will help ensure content workstreams move efficiently from briefing through delivery, partnering closely with Brand, Creative, Media, eCommerce, Social, and agency teams.

The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects, timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables at once. This role requires someone who can keep teams aligned, anticipate roadblocks, and ensure content is delivered on time, on brand, and in support of broader business and marketing goals.

This person will operate in a lean, matrixed environment and will serve as an important connector across internal teams and external agency partners.

Responsibilities

Content Project Management: Manage content projects from kickoff through execution, ensuring timelines, milestones, deliverables, and approvals are clearly defined and tracked.

Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner closely with Brand, Creative, Media, eCommerce, Social, and agency teams to align on project goals, content needs, timelines, and executional requirements.

Briefing & Workflow Management: Support the development and coordination of project briefs, creative inputs, feedback rounds, approvals, and delivery requirements to keep projects moving efficiently.

Timeline & Deliverable Ownership: Build and manage project timelines, track progress against key milestones, and ensure content deliverables are completed on time and aligned with expectations.

Agency Partnership: Serve as a day-to-day project partner for agency teams, helping manage communication, deliverables, feedback, and executional follow-through.

Content Operations: Help improve content processes, workflows, documentation, and communication to support greater efficiency and consistency across brands and channels.

Stakeholder Communication: Provide clear updates to internal teams, flag risks or delays, and help keep stakeholders aligned throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • BS/BA degree in a relevant field

  • 5–8+ years of related experience in content project management, marketing operations, creative operations, brand marketing, digital marketing, or agency account/project management

  • Experience managing content, creative, digital, social, eCommerce, or integrated marketing projects

  • Strong project management skills, including timeline management, stakeholder coordination, scope tracking, and follow-through

  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment

  • Strong communication skills and comfort working across internal teams and external agencies

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to anticipate needs and identify potential roadblocks

  • Understanding of content development workflows, creative review processes, and campaign execution

  • Experience within CPG, beauty, health & wellness, consumer products, or a digital/creative agency environment is strongly preferred

  • Proactive, collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset
