Financial Controller

Confidential Company Miami-Fort Lauderdale Area (Hybrid)

A dynamic, growth-oriented organization is seeking a hands-on Controller with a strong accounting and operational finance background to support a complex, multi-entity business environment.

This person will work closely with senior leadership and play a key role across financial reporting, close process management, internal controls, compliance, process improvement, and day-to-day operational finance support. The environment is fast-paced, collaborative, and highly entrepreneurial, making this a strong opportunity for someone who enjoys being both strategic and hands-on.

Ideal candidates will bring:

• Strong controllership and accounting foundation

• Experience with US GAAP, audits, and financial reporting

• Multi-entity and/or regional finance exposure

• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, collaborative environment

• Bilingual Spanish/English required

• CPA or strong technical accounting background preferred

• Experience within services, media, marketing, digital, or similarly dynamic industries is a plus
