Web Project Manager

Shaw Search Partners is proud to be the retained recruiting partner for a leading global hotel and resort marketing firm, and we're looking for a talented Website Project Manager to join their team. This firm offers an all-inclusive managed service program designed to drive traffic and maximize conversions across all digital channels, leveraging cutting-edge technology, branding, print, traditional ad campaigns, and content creation to transform eCommerce for hotels, resorts, and destinations.

 What You'll Do:

• Manage the onboarding success for our clients during pre-launch

• Serve as the point of contact for internal and external teams for digital project launches

• Manage digital marketing projects with the help of the project coordinator

• Project manage day-to-day interactions with domestic and international clients in the hotel and travel industry

• Oversee project timelines, scope, and delivery

• Communicate effectively and present to clients both in person and remotely

• Analyze assets and information to provide insights and make recommendations for website structure (defining categorization, organization, and navigational conventions)

• Create site maps of the user experience and define the details of the website’s information architecture

• Demonstrate extreme proficiency in managing expectations and overcoming objections, ensuring the timely and successful delivery of the digital marketing program

• Oversee tasks such as quality assurance checks, website content uploads, and assembly

• Work with department specialists to define deliverables and timing to meet project objectives

 What We're Looking For:

• Knowledge of Project Management Systems (PMS)

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities

• Critical thinker with the ability to solve problems proactively

• Ability to work both individually and in a team setting

• Detail-oriented with a high level of self-motivation and organizational skills

Based in South Florida HQ (hybrid – 6 WFH days/month). Relocation support offered.
